Dr. Erick Burke
Dr. Burke is 39 years old and originally from the southeast Michigan area. He graduated from Life University Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia with a degree in Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Burke is national board certified in chiropractic and physiotherapy. He’s been a member of the American Chiropractic Association since 2003. Dr. Burke focuses on correcting spinal misalignments using the latest techniques of spinal adjustments, neuromuscular re-education, physical therapy, myofascial release, and exercise therapy. He specializes in Diversified, Activator and Thompson techniques and feels that efficient treatment programs with patient education are keys to patients’ ultimate success. Dr. Burke uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Burke is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.
Dr. Burke is a second generation chiropractor within a family of seven chiropractors, a husband to Michelle Burke and father to Blake and Annistyn Burke.
Dr. Joel Desaulniers
Dr. Joel Desaulniers graduated from Life Chiropractic College in 1981 and has been practicing in Smyrna for the past 30 years. He is a past board member of the Georgia Chiropractic Association and member of the American Chiropractic Association. He is also a current member of the Georgia Chiropractic Association. Dr. Desaulniers is a Diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and currently an appointee Examiner for Part Four of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He is past President of the Georgia Chiropractic Association district (1) Atlanta and has received several awards of recognition. He is married to Lisa and has five children. Since 1982, he has annually received twenty hours of continuing post graduation studies. He has taught the C.A. programs at Dekalb College off and on for several years and is a former lecturer for several management groups on a variety of chiropractic management topics.
